The Magaldi Academy

Training is a big part of HR policies. It is not a luxury for Magaldi; it is essential.
That is why a dedicated Academy has been set up to boost comprehensive training and personal development with practical new hire training courses and many other educational activities open to all employees. Its mission is to enable employees to build their knowledge, gain or improve new skills, and specialize thanks to classroom lessons, on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching guided by our experienced teachers.
Monthly meetings, as well as Technical Bulletins and Lunch&Learn events, are arranged to brainstorm new technologies or technical improvements. Twice a year, the Academy also organizes the Best Practices Award, recognizing outstanding practitioners who have successfully implemented innovative ways of doing their jobs better and more efficiently.

A strong human component is involved in our recruitment process as we seek value in people and take the approach of having the right people versus roles.
We do not use applicant tracking software; on the contrary, our HR team carefully evaluates all applications received.
