RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determination of the cycle times of the workstations
  • Management, insertion into the system, and updating of processing cycles
  • Participation in the definition / organization of the production process in order to optimize resources and equipment
  • Define the optimal times of use of machines and equipment in terms of a sequence of operations, control interventions,  and routine maintenance
  • Define the process into elementary activities on which to monitor the times
  • Collaborate in the optimization of the product  from the design stages

WE REQUIRE

  • Ability to work in a team and  with various company functions
  • Knowledge of man and machine time detection activities for different types of production activities
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts
  • Excellent knowledge of the office package
  • Knowledge of sap
  • Engineering degree
  • 3+ years of experience in the role           
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong teamwork aptitudes and ability to relate to third parties;
  • Accuracy, strong operability,
  • problem-solving;
  • Motivation, determination, desire to grow and make better solutions for the team.
