Magaldi Technologies, a subsidiary of Magaldi Power S.p.a., has an exciting opportunity for an Aftermarket Service Manager that would be responsible the warehouse, shipping/receiving along with budgeting, managing and growing service activities and parts sales throughout North America.
To be successful in this role, the individual must be able to think under pressure, be customer focused, self-motivated, organized, enjoy problem-solving and not be afraid to get their hands dirty.
Reporting To: General Manger with functional reporting to Service Director.
Experience: 10+ years in industrial maintenance, service and parts management. Ideal candidate will have foundry and/or power plant experience.
Degree Required: Technical degree preferred and/or equivalent experience.
CAD Capabilities: AutoCAD knowledge and ability preferred. Must be able to read engineered drawings.
Software : SAP, Lotus Notes knowledge and ability preferred. Must be able to use Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, Project.
Travel: Approximately 30-40%.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Language Requirements: English fluency required. Spanish ability preferred.
Work Hours: Normal hours of operation in most cases, but responsible to lead the team to respond to off-shift and emergency service/spare parts requests and to support customers that operate 24/7 operations.
