Magaldi has achieved yet another remarkable milestone with the successful installation and commissioning of a Superbelt® conveyor at the prestigious Bosch Rexroth foundry in Lohr am Main, Germany.
The customer had entrusted Magaldi with the turnkey supply of a heavy-duty conveyor, specifically designed to replace an aging vibrating conveyor that had reached the end of its life.
The Superbelt® conveyor is a game-changer, enabling to effectively degate and sort large iron castings weighing up to 30 kg. Thanks to its robust design, the customer can utilize two manipulators directly on the belt, eliminating any concerns about causing damage to the equipment.
But that’s not all! The Superbelt® conveyor provides a smooth and vibration-free operation, ensuring a significantly improved working environment. With noise levels below 75 dB(A), it enhances the well-being of the operators, leading to increased productivity and overall job satisfaction.
