OPEN POSITION: MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR
The selected candidate will join the Service Department.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the correct execution of assemblies and installation of machines and equipment according to project specifications and within the scheduled timelines
- Inspections may take place in the workshop after the fabrication of machines or on-site at the end of installation activities
- Coordinate teams of workers (always referring exclusively to their team leaders), whether the activities are performed directly or through subcontractors, ensuring correct execution of assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines and systems
- Verify that installation activities are carried out according to established instructions and procedures, ensuring the required quality standards
- Generally, the Mechanical Supervisor does not perform direct work but monitors the results achieved by the assembly teams. However, on-site during assembly or commissioning, occasional minor adjustment tasks using manual or electric tools may be required
- Based on technical expertise, define correct assembly sequences, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure proper installation and commissioning within the planned timelines
- Define minor adjustment and modification tasks as needed to resolve interferences or other on-site issues. Coordinate with technical offices and, for significant deviations from the design, provide information to align engineering with what has actually been implemented on-site
- Ensure corrections to drawings or specifications are made in accordance with what has been executed on-site
- Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with project specifications and relevant standards, following the Quality Control Plan for assembly activities
- Verify implementation of HSE specifications and report any anomalies
- Prepare complete reports on on-site activities
- Coordinate with various functions for the opening, management, and resolution of non-conformities
REQUIREMENTS

Degree: Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (preferred)

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within structured industrial environments

Languages: Italian (fluent), English (good command, written and spoken). Proficiency in Spanish or German is a plus.

IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).

Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings. Understanding of mechanical drawings and electrical schematics is preferred.
