The collected personal data will be used exclusively for the recruitment and selection of individuals to Magaldi Power Spa and its direct and indirect subsidiaries and associated companies.
Data will be subject to all handling operations as per Art. 4 of the Code, by means of paper-based and/or electronic tools but in a way that guarantees confidentiality and avoids any loss, destruction, unauthorised access or unapproved use. The user also has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous data or suspension of such data in case of misuse, as well as to deny use for legitimate reasons.
The holder of the rights to manage such data is Magaldi Power Spa, whose headquarters are located on Via Irno, 219 Salerno 84135. The person responsible for data management is, among others, the Human Resources, and from whom it is possible to request and obtain, by exercising the rights indicated above, a list of all those responsible for data management at Magaldi Power S.p.A.
