Maintenance Contract

Value Package

With the intimate knowledge of those equipment and their related industry process, the Magaldi Service team will be available to assist our customer in the "After Sale".

Our main goal is to become "the trusted partner" for our customers and we are committed to achieve it by offering them an efficient Value Package of customized maintenance contracts. Combining a set of spare parts, periodic inspections and service maintenance with fixed sales terms, it should drastically decrease maintenance costs, avoiding emergency system's shut downs. The ultimate scope is to develop a preventive maintenance.

Customized Maintenance Contract: after consulting with our customer, based on the operation of their equipment, spare and wear parts consumption, sales terms, geographical area, etc. we can set up a Customized Maintenance Contract (or Alliance) that best suits their needs.
This type of agreement will also allow our customer to order in advance a stock supply necessary for a year. The goods could be kept either in our facility or at the customer's location and they will be shipped or released as needed, avoiding, therefore, issuing new purchase orders each time.

Service & Maintenance

Magaldi Service can also offer a wide range of services on the job, from a simple inspection to a complete "turn-key" service operation. Just contact us and our engineers will be glad to discuss and select with you the most suitable solution for your needs:

"On-call" inspections: we are available to answer 24 hours a day and we will try to get on site as fast as we can. Skilled Magaldi Service technicians will run a complete status report of the equipment identifying the problem and showing the corrective activities to undertake according to their level of priority.

Periodic inspections: monitoring inspections are done during periodic visits, giving to our Service team the possibility to compare results with previous reports and allowing establishing a program of preventive maintenance.

Maintenance Supervision: these Supervisions are programmed in advance with our customers during the plant shut-down and they foresee a whole list of activities to be performed with customer's personnel.
