Magaldi Tsubaki chain bucket elevators are double strand chain design.

Buckets are gravity type discharge, chains, made of special wear and fatigue resistant alloy, are roller bushing chains for reduced impact stresses and lower surface loading.

Sprockets are made in segments for simple replacement procedure and hardened for prolonged operating life.

Take ups

Take up system can be screw or internal gravity type (external counter-weight take up is also available as option).

Magaldi- Tsubaki bucket elevators consist of three different types:

1) NBS Type: Suitable for elevating pulverized or granular materials at moderate speed.

2) NBH Type: A High speed elevator developed from the NBS type.

3) NBC Type: Suitable for elevating lumpy or highly abrasive materials such as limestone and clinker at slow and medium speed.
