The first MAR® System was installed in June 2004 on Unit #1 in Monfalcone Power Plant (ENDESA Italia). Before and after the installation, this system has continuously been developed by MAGALDI. The MAC® System was installed on the same Unit in 1992.

Because of the successful operation on the 1st Unit in Monfalcone Power Plant, the MAR® system is now being installed on Unit #2 too.
