Magaldi Policy for EHS
The Magaldi group conceives the respect of the Environment, the Safety and the Health (EHS) and ethic behaviour of his employees, contractors, visitors and other that may be affected by his actions, as a continuous commitment and a priority of the whole Organisation.
The Organisation is committed to the Continuous Improvement of the Environmental, Health and Safety Performance.
We aim to achieve this through our EHS Management System by ensuring:
- The correct implementation of the EHS Management System through a suitable and continuous education and training of our employees
- A process of continual improvement in EHS Performance
- The implementation of metrics to measure the EHS Performance
- Suitable and sufficient resources are provided to allow us to deliver on our EHS objectives and remain committed to this Policy
- Planning and implementation of an Environmental Management System conforming to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004.
- The compliance with the all applicable EHS regulatory requirements
- The reduction of the industrial waste, favouring, whenever possible, the recovery of waste products over their disposal
- The reduction of energy and water consumption
