Power distribution Systems

RRS is able to provide “turn-key” solutions for the entire power distribution chain of an industrial equipment.

Particular attention is given to the harmonization of the existing rules of engineering and security for the dimensioning and the erection on site of the necessary devices for MV/LV voltage transformation including MV Cells, MV/LV Transformers and Distribution Power Centres Panels (PC).

From high to low powers

Each line coming from the Power Center panels can be used to directly feed a big motor or to energize the Motor Control Centers (MCC).

Even in this case the maximum attention is given to the operative aspects (user friendly operation modes for each device) and at the same time to the safety through the adoption, as a Company standard, of single extractable feeding cubicles that can be operated directly from the panels.

Each MCC panel has a series of lines feeding motors, the Main Logical Panel (MLP), the Light and Socket Panels.

Main Logical Panels

One of our Company's major force points is the Main Logical Panel (MLP) accomplishment implementing an industrial equipment automation system.

This panel includes all the main devices necessary for the equipment automatic management:

Relays, contactors and all the equipment interface electro mechanic devices;

PLC systems with I/O card and if necessary, high level interface (Profibus, Ethernet, etc.) towards higher level factory automation (DCS systems, MES systems, ERP systems, etc.);

Safety electronic devices for the emergency network;

Local signaling and command devices.
