The Power Division Magaldi Power S.p.A., founded in 2002, is the Group's youngest member and commercializes Magaldi's dry bottom ash handling systems for solid fuel-fired boilers in the power generating industry.

Its main products are the - Magaldi Ash Cooler for pulverized coal utility boilers and the system for fluidized bed combustion boilers. Magaldi Power operates world-wide through a network of representatives and partnerships, including a licensee agreement with for the MAC system in Japan and one with , division of Diamond Power International, for North America.

Magaldi Power S.p.A.Magaldi Industrie owns and operates a workshop in Buccino (SA), Italy, where the Group's products are manufactured and assembled.
